Our "Bias Match" workshop is designed for participants who are ready to engage more deeply with their biases. We actively involve participants in game activities that encourage them to explore their own biases in a safe and supportive environment. This thoughtful framing ensures individuals feel non-judged while participating in these exercises, fostering meaningful team bonding among colleagues.

Just like all our workshops, this session is available online or in person. We recommend a 2-hour format to optimize the experience, but we are happy to customize the duration to meet your needs.

We have held this workshop at Aarhus University Biomedicin in June 2025 for administrative and research employees, for master's students at ICFO in Barcelona in March 2025, and with high school students in Aarhus through High5Girls in December 2024. Additionally, we adapted Bias Match for the Trieste Next science festival in September 2023 for a broad audience.
