Science of Coffee – Have you ever wondered what makes your morning cup of coffee so special? Perfecting coffee brewing is truly an art, and there’s a significant amount of science behind it! At our Science of Coffee event, we explored how various factors influence the taste and quality of coffee, including the physics of different brewing techniques and the chemistry of the aroma compounds found in coffee beans. By understanding these elements, participants enhanced their knowledge and learned how to create the perfect cup of coffee at home.

Just like all our events, this session is available online or in person. We recommend a 1-hour format, but we are happy to customize the duration to fit your needs. Additionally, we can adapt this concept to any food theme of your choice.
